Cornucopia

What is Cornucopia?

Obtain shares in private companies before the anticipated IPO always provides an exclusive set of accredited investors with the potential for large returns in the class of speculative assets that have a minimal correlation to the overall market sentiment. As with investment, evaluation and selection of opportunities that are the most important for success, or vice versa, investment. CORNUCOPIA AND IGNITE RELATIONS

Cornucopia has formed a partnership with ANGIN ANGKA to help its community evaluate, assess and receive rewards from various pre-IPO opportunities.

DRYING RATING Platform is a decentralized asset rating platform, which was launched primarily for new ICO ratings and existing crypto assets. Ignite operates an index that makes investment the highest-ranking asset, and shares income derived from profits with its community.

Cornucopia utilizes the Ignite platform to provide the same functionality for traditional asset classes. Ownership of HORN tokens allows one to access Cornucopia cells in the Ignite ranking platform, and receive awards to review and rank various pre-IPO opportunities.

By partnering with Ignite, Cornucopia can be launched instantly without typical development costs. Therefore, more capital will be available to breed the Cornucopia Index itself, which allows HORN token holders to get the opportunity to get more direct benefits from donated funds.

For more technical information about how the Ignite platform allows decentralized ranking and capital index deployment, please read Ignite's white paper or visit http://www.igniteratings.com

USE OF QUOTATION PROCESS:

Crowdsale Cornucopia has been launched primarily to raise capital for the Cornucopia Index and provide sufficient initial capital for ongoing business operations.

Unlike a typical ICO, which requires funding for products and build platforms, Cornucopia does not need funds for this purpose, because it utilizes existing software and thus most of the capital obtained can be used to seed the Index.

80% of the proceeds from the sale of lots will be allocated to the Cornucopia Index. This fund will be converted to USD Tether at the end of the crowdsale to be ready for use in the highest preIPO.
  • 20% of the crowdsale results will be allocated for operational costs as follows:
  • 50% - Operations and development
  • 20% - Marketing
  • 10% - Business administration
  • 10% - Infrastructure
  • 10% - Legal / License Fees
